Why Is Our Approach Different?

What sets us apart is the time and attention we dedicate to each patient. Unlike traditional clinics, we spend longer with you during each appointment, ensuring we fully understand your needs and goals. We don’t just focus on the chiropractic adjustment; we take a holistic approach by incorporating treatments like dry needling, cup therapy, exercise rehab, and more. Every treatment plan is tailored specifically to your unique situation, addressing the root causes of your pain or performance limitations. This personalized, comprehensive approach helps you recover faster, prevent future issues, and perform at your best.

  • Low Back Pain: Our approach helps alleviate low back pain by addressing the root causes, such as muscle imbalances, poor posture, and joint restrictions. With customized treatments like exercise rehab and soft tissue techniques, we focus on restoring strength, improving mobility, and preventing future discomfort.
  • Shoulder Pain and Dysfunction: Our treatment approach helps with shoulder pain and dysfunction by targeting the underlying causes, like muscle imbalances, poor posture, or joint stiffness. Through tailored therapies such as exercise rehab, soft tissue techniques, and manual therapy, we work to restore proper movement, reduce pain, and improve overall shoulder function.
  • Headaches:  Our approach helps alleviate headaches by addressing common triggers like neck tension, poor posture, and muscle imbalances. Through targeted treatments like manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and exercise rehab, we reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and restore balance, leading to fewer and less intense headaches.
  • Plantar Fasciitis: Our treatment approach helps with plantar fasciitis by targeting the root causes, such as tight muscles, poor foot mechanics, and imbalances in the lower body. Using a combination of manual therapy, exercise rehab, and soft tissue techniques, we work to reduce inflammation, improve flexibility, and strengthen the supporting muscles, helping to relieve pain and prevent future flare-ups.
  • Tennis Elbow:  Our approach helps with tennis elbow by addressing the muscle imbalances, overuse, and tension that contribute to the condition. Through targeted treatments like soft tissue therapy, manual adjustments, and exercise rehab, we reduce inflammation, improve mobility, and strengthen the muscles and tendons, promoting faster healing and preventing future injuries.
  • Knee Pain:  Our treatment approach helps with knee pain and stability by addressing underlying issues like muscle imbalances, joint stiffness, and poor alignment. Through a combination of manual therapy, exercise rehab, and soft tissue techniques, we reduce pain, improve flexibility, and strengthen the muscles around the knee, enhancing stability and function to prevent future discomfort and injury.
  • Wrist and Hand Pain: Our approach helps alleviate wrist and hand pain by addressing factors like muscle tightness, joint stiffness, or repetitive strain. Using techniques such as manual therapy, soft tissue work, and targeted exercises, we aim to reduce discomfort, improve movement, and strengthen the muscles and tendons in the wrist and hand, promoting long-term relief and better function.
  • Sports Injuries: We understand the physical demands of sports and use our advanced training in exercise rehab and manual therapy to address injuries at their core. By combining personalized treatments with a focus on restoring strength, mobility, and performance, we help athletes of all levels recover faster, prevent re-injury, and get back to doing what they love with confidence.
  • Chiropractic Adjustments: A chiropractic adjustment involves a controlled, precise movement applied to a joint, often in the spine or extremities, to improve alignment, reduce pain, and enhance mobility. There are multiple safe techniques that can be used to perform an adjustment, including manual adjustments, instrument-assisted methods, or gentler approaches, all tailored to meet the patient's specific needs and comfort level.
  • Laser Therapy/Cold Laser Therapy: Cold laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level lasers or light to stimulate healing in tissues, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain. It works by penetrating the skin to promote cellular repair and increase blood flow, helping to speed up recovery from injuries and chronic conditions.
  • Dry Needling: Dry needling is a technique where thin needles are inserted into specific trigger points in muscles to release tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility. It helps to target tight or irritated muscles, promoting healing and relaxation to alleviate discomfort and enhance movement.
  • Cup Therapy: Cup therapy combines myofascial decompression through the use of cups with evidence-based principles to improve movement efficiency. Unlike traditional cupping, Cup Therapy is an active treatment which uses dynamic movement and loading principles to improve range of motion and outcomes. By incorporating movement and light resistance, we enhance tissue release, blood flow, and muscle activation, promoting better mobility and faster recovery.
  • Exercise Rehab: Exercise rehab involves a personalized program of targeted exercises designed to restore strength, flexibility, and function following an injury or to prevent future issues. It focuses on improving movement patterns, correcting imbalances, and rebuilding strength to support long-term recovery and performance.
  • Scraping (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization): Scraping, or Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), is a technique where a specialized tool is used to gently scrape over the skin to target tight or injured soft tissues. This helps break up scar tissue, release muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote healing. It’s a great way to speed up recovery and improve mobility in areas that are stiff or painful.
  • Manual Therapy Techniques: Manual therapy techniques are hands-on treatments that involve manipulating muscles, joints, and soft tissues to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function. These techniques include joint mobilizations, stretching, soft tissue manipulation, and various massage techniques. By targeting specific areas of tension and stiffness, manual therapy helps reduce discomfort, increase flexibility, and promote healing, ultimately improving movement and overall well-being.
  • Taping: Kinesiology Taping is a therapeutic technique that involves applying special elastic tape to the skin to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. The tape helps reduce pain and inflammation, supports injured areas, and promotes circulation, all while allowing for a full range of motion. It’s commonly used to enhance recovery, prevent further injury, and provide added stability during physical activity.

Discover how Chiropractic Can Help You

At our clinic, we're committed to empowering you to live an active, pain-free lifestyle. Whether you're an athlete, weekend warrior, or just want to move better and feel stronger in everyday life, our care is built around your goals.

We believe that patient education is key. When you understand what’s going on in your body and why certain treatments or exercises are recommended, you're more likely to take charge of your health and get lasting results.

One thing that sets us apart is the time we spend with our patients. We offer longer treatment sessions so we can truly get to know you, understand your goals, and create a customized care plan that fits your lifestyle. This focused, one-on-one approach allows us to get you better, faster—and often with fewer total visits—so you can get back to doing what you love.

We begin with a detailed examination and assessment and walk you through everything we find. From there, we build a plan that’s tailored to your needs, goals, and preferences—whether that includes manual therapy, exercise rehab, dry needling, or other evidence-based techniques.

Chiropractic care is well-known for helping with headaches, neck pain, and low back pain—but we go beyond that. We also treat and adjust extremities like shoulders, knees, ankles, ribs, and even the jaw to support full-body recovery and performance.

If you’re ready to feel and move better, we are here to help!

"You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them. If you cannot make a change, change the way you have been thinking."

"While other professions are concerned with changing the environment to suit the weakened body, chiropractic is concerned with strengthening the body to suit the environment."
