Depending on your condition, comfort level, and treatment goals, we may use hands-on manual adjustments, gentle instrument-assisted methods, or low-force techniques in order to improve joint motion, reduce pain, and support overall nervous system function.
-
Soft tissue therapy is a form of manual therapy that focuses on the treatment and management of the body’s soft tissues—muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and connective tissue. It involves various techniques such as massage, stretching, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, enhance circulation, and promote recovery from injury or physical stress.
-
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique where very thin, sterile needles are inserted into muscles, trigger points, or fascia to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
-
Cup therapy combines myofascial decompression through the use of cups with evidence based principles to improve movement efficiency.
Unlike traditional cupping, Cup Therapy is an active treatment, helping to restore and improve movement patterns.
-
Exercise rehabilitation is a targeted, movement-based approach to recovery that helps you rebuild strength, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries. Whether you’re bouncing back from a sports injury, surgery, or chronic pain, rehab exercises are carefully designed to match your condition and goals. We retrain your body to move better, support healing, and get you back to doing what you love—stronger, more balanced, and with less risk of reinjury.
-
Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), also known as photobiomodulation, is a painless, non-invasive treatment that uses low-intensity red or near-infrared light to stimulate healing in tissues. The light penetrates the skin and is absorbed by cells, boosting energy production and promoting tissue repair, reducing inflammation, and relieving pain. It's commonly used for muscle and joint pain, arthritis, tendonitis, nerve issues, and wound healing, all without heating the tissue or requiring downtime.

Appointment Options & Pricing
We offer competitive pricing that allows us to spend more time with you. All of our fees are based on the
amount of time we spend working with you.
We are an out-of-network practice. Our patients can use their HSA or FSA for payments. We find that with our style of practice our patients actually spend less money out of pocket because they will need fewer visits than the typical approach covered by in-network providers.

of condition, joint mobilizations/chiropractic adjustments, explanation, demonstration, and review of
progressions to home rehab program.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. We work for you, not the insurance company. We are a self-pay, fee-for-service clinic. Our care is not dictated by insurance companies; therefore, we are able to spend more time with our patients and customize our treatment plans according to their specific needs. Because of this practice model, our patients get better, faster and need fewer overall appointments. We do accept HSA, FSA, cash, check, or credit/debit cards. If requested, we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
-
Yes. Please contact your insurance company for their requirements or any questions. We can provide you with a super bill if needed when you submit bills from your HSA/FSA.
-
No. Unfortunately as a self-pay clinic, we are legally unable to take new patients on Medicare or Medicaid, even though we would love to see you. We would be more than happy to give you a referral!
